You do, however, have the option to cancel your order. You can cancel your order or part of it, as long as it has not been prepared by the pharmacy or picked up by the transport company. In this case, you only have to reject the order at the time of delivery.
The steps to cancel your order are explained below:
1. Log into your DocMorris account and click on My purchases.
2. Click on the Return this product section below each item.
3. Select the reason and click on Return.
That's it!
Within 24-48 hours, a refund is made using the same original payment method used to make the purchase.
In the event of cancelling an order purchased in whole or in part with a discount code, the refund is made for what was paid after applying the discount.
